Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate phone or SIM card?
No. WhatsApp business messages go through Meta’s servers, no phone needed. You just need a number that doesn’t already have a regular WhatsApp account on it — for example a landline or a new prepaid number.
What happens after I get in touch?
First we talk through what you need and agree on a price. Then we set up your account, and you can try everything free — 7 days or up to 50 sent messages, whichever comes first. We connect a WhatsApp business number for your company (it belongs to you) and write the first message templates together. From sign-up to your first sent message usually takes a couple of days, most of it waiting for Meta’s approvals.
Do people have to agree to receive messages?
Yes. WhatsApp rules require that a person has agreed to receive messages from your business — for example when signing up for a practice or event. We help you word the consent text in your signup form.
What about data protection (GDPR)?
Numbers and conversations are stored on EU servers and belong to your business. We act as a data processor under a contract, and delete the data when we stop working together. Full details: privacy policy.
Can I send any text I want?
The first message to a person is sent with a Meta-approved template where you change the fields (date, time, place). Once the person replies, you have 24 hours to write freely. This is a WhatsApp rule that protects against spam, which is why people trust these messages.
How long is the contract?
No lock-in. Pay monthly, cancel whenever you want. The WhatsApp account and number stay with your business afterward.
